yeah, are they fake or something?

actually i really have no problem with that particular "stop staring at my boobs!" phrase. the phrase i don't care for is is the "how'd you like it if we were always staring at your crotch?" defense. now i'm not trying to advocate us guys gawking at gozangas, i just don't think that crotch-staring argument is all that good. boobs and crotch aren't exactly the same. i mean, what if we guys started staring at your crotches instead? i think that would be a whole lot creepier than staring at boobs. though to be fair we guys really don't have a proper boob equivalent. er-- well most guys that is. but man-boobs aren't something that people stare at in admiration. that's more of a train-wreck kind of stare.

anyways -- sorry for staring, they just look nice is all.

shyness is a curse). However, this does make me think of a related "problem" that I've seen happen a lot here on dA. A girl starts showing off something on herself -- jewelry, clothing, a body part, whatever -- and she gets mad as soon as people start complimenting it. It's like, if you didn't want anyone to SAY anything, then WHY did you show it off in the first place?!?

I also agree that guys staring at girls' chests isn't equatable to girls staring at guys' crotches; I say it's equatable to girls staring at guys chests. Whether they admit it or not, lots of girls seem to like guys chests. Obviously, their opportunities for staring don't come up as often as guys opportunities for staring at girls, but the fact remains: if a guy would complain about a girl gawking at him, THAT would be considered weird! But going in the other direction, it's weird if a girl isn't offended by a guy checking her out. What is up with our society?

Awww. xD i personally used to wish guys stared at mine just a -little- more (until my bf of course, they're for his eyes, hands and mouth only now x3)

But it's true that when a guy stares at a girl's chest, while it's flattering, it's also quite degrading. like, he's thinking lustful things while she's trying to talk to him. I'm sorry, but it's not particuarly fair or friendly. I know not all men that do that are sex-obsessed and only see her as a piece of meat, but that's the impression that they give.

as long as he looks at her eyes plenty, it's fine. it's VERY nice knowing that a guy thinks you have attractive eyes.. ^^

i'm not saying look at everything BUT the breasts. i'm just saying there's more than the breasts to be looking at. get a bit of variety in there. :] it'll make her feel attractive, trust me. ^^

I think the main error in men staring at only the woman's body is that they're clearly thinking lustful things--depending on one's morality, lust is either good or bad. But the staring also generally suggests that the man cares more for what the woman looks like as opposed to who she is--being sensitive creatures, women freak out on 'em. xD

Very good comic--in fact, all your art is very enjoyable.
