so some of you may have noticed that my last comic is gone. turns out it got pulled by the dA staff. somebody thought i was drawing under aged people in a sexual situation and reported it. i don't know what line of logic they used to determine that the characters were under 18. in my style everyone looks kinda young. if it was the line about the parents not being home, well there's a flaw in that reasoning, i lived with my mother until i was about 21. oh well, i'm not going to fight dA on that. not worth my effort. the comic still exists in the Rule 34 archives, and eventually i'll have my own personal site up where the comic will exist again.
The website marches forward
I'm hardly ever on Deviant Art anymore, but I have been cartooning. I'm into month three of new stuff at least once a week! If you haven't been over to RzieLabs.com http://www.rzielabs.com/ you're missing out. Uncle Lou even made a recent appearance. A new comic is even sitting on my desk waiting for ink, expect to see it soon.
Also, for my friends here on DA who have their own websites they are trying to maintain, I just stared advertising with Project Wonderful and you can add your website to my site for the low low price of FREE! The free spots are first-come first-serve so yeah, get 'um while they're hot - er free.
NEW COMIC!
I've recently made several big updates to my website, RzieLabs.com. In addition to being better looking and easier to navigate, I've uploaded a new comic. But wait, it gets better, I've made a commitment to updating the site with something at-least once a week. The site has already been updated twice this weekend and I'm busy running around making improvements all over.
So yeah, if you wanna see a new comic, go to my website. If you wanna see more new stuff, keep checking back every week. If you wanna know right away when something new is added, follow me on Google+ and Facebook.
Just a reminder, I'll be in Portland tomorrow.
The Portland Comic Book Show is tomorrow. If you live in or near Portland OR you should come by. I'll have books and shirts and stickers for sale, as well as original screen prints. I'll even sign stuff and draw pictures for you. It'll be just like I was a real cartoonist!
Fans around Seattle
As my previous journal said, I'm headed to Portland this weekend for the Portland Comic Book Show (Sunday the 13th.) If you can't make it down to Portland there is another comics related event happening right there in the Emerald City. Short Run is going down on Saturday the 12th. No, I won't be there personally, but that doesn't mean you won't be able to see any of my work. If I'm not mistaken, fellow Olympia Cartoonists' Collective member Chelsea Baker will be there, and I think she's going to have copies of Laundry Day. Laundry Day is the OCC's second anthology and I do have a short comic within it, starring none other than Uncle Lucifer.

I remember the original and got a good laugh out of it. Is there anywhere it can be seen these days?
